Our Small Group Personal Training Sessions have been created specifically for women who want the benefits of a Personal Training session at a fraction of the cost, in a private boutique studio setting.

These 60minute sessions have been designed to focus on building pure strength through slower, controlled movements with progressive overload—perfect for those looking to enhance their strength without the pressure of keeping up in a group class format. Focusing on technique mastery and exploring your limits, which in turn will skyrocket your results.

What makes these sessions unique?

  • Small Group Setting

    With only 4 to 6 participants max, you’ll receive personalized attention from your expert trainers, focusing on 2 muscle groups each session

  • Strength-Focused

    We’re shifting gears with a program dedicated to slow, powerful movements with progressive overload using barbells, YBells, and step benches to build strength, improve technique with slower more controlled movements, and enhance muscle balance and functional movement patterns.

  • Flexible Options

    You can choose to come casually with our drop in fee or multiple times per week with our 6 Pack of sessions. Perfectly complementing your current group class schedule with us or other activities such as Pilates and running/walking.

Want your own friend group at a different time than what we currently offer? We can make that happen! Just request a time and ensure you have a minimum of 4 friends.

Friday: 12:15pm to 1:15pm

PT Terms & Conditions:

  • ✓ Drop in rates are $45 per session (charged when booking).
  • ✓ 6 Packs are $40 per session (save $30).
  • ✓ You have 8 weeks to use the PT 6 Pack, from first session booked.
  • ✓ All sessions run for 60minutes in duration, including warm up and cool down.
  • ✓ Please ensure you arrive 5 - 10 minutes early so the session can start on time.
  • ✓ We have an 8 hour rule for cancelled sessions.
  • ✓ Less than 8 hours’ notice for any reason, will result in the session being forfeited.
  • ✓ No refunds.
  • ✓ Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle to all sessions.

Program Overview:

Training Split: Focus on 2 major muscle groups per session, alternating each day + cycling each week over a 4 week block to ensure balanced development. This approach allows you to attend as many days as you like with option to make up a missed session the following week. We re-program every 4 weeks with fresh new challenging workouts.

Workout Finishers: Added at the very end of your workout, to reinforce primary movements of the session, while adding an element of metabolic conditioning.

Goal: Build strength through progressive overload, improve technique with slower more controlled movements, and enhance muscle balance and functional movement patterns.

These sessions are very different to our group classes, it is focused small group training. If you are interested in joining, you will need to pre-book ahead due to the popularity and current waitlists.
