ELEVATE: Small Group Personal Training

ELEVATE is our signature small group strength experience, designed for women who want expert coaching, refined technique, and real strength results in a supportive, boutique studio environment.

These 60-minute sessions are designed to build real strength through slower, controlled movements and progressive overload. Perfect for women who want to focus on technique, move with intention, and lift with confidence—without the pressure of keeping up in a traditional group class. Expect to refine your form, explore your limits, and see your results ELEVATE.

What makes ELEVATE so unique?

  • Coached, Not Crowded

    With a maximum of 6–8 women per session, you’ll receive personalised coaching and attention, with each workout focused on targeted muscle groups for optimal strength and results.

  • Strength, Done Right

    We’re shifting gears with a program dedicated to slow, powerful movements with progressive overload using barbells, YBells, and step benches to build strength, improve technique with slower more controlled movements, and enhance muscle balance and functional movement patterns.

  • Train Your Way

    These sessions are included in your weekly membership. If your’e not a member or you can choose to come casually with our drop in fee or our SGPT 6 Pack. Perfectly complementing your current group class schedule with us or other activities such as Pilates and running/walking.

Want your own friend group at a different time than what we currently offer? We can make that happen! Just request a time and ensure you have a minimum of 4 friends.

Booking & Session Guidelines

  • ✓ Casual sessions: $45 per session (charged at time of booking).
  • ✓ ELEVATE 6 Pack: $240 ($40 per session — save $30).
  • ✓ 6 Packs are valid for 8 weeks from your first booked session.
  • ✓ All sessions run for 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
  • ✓ Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for a smooth start.
  • ✓ We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
  • ✓ Sessions cancelled within 12 hours, or missed for any reason, will be forfeited.
  • ✓ All purchases are non-refundable.
  • ✓ Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle to every session.

Structured Strength Programming:

ELEVATE follows a structured, rotating strength program designed to build total body strength while allowing for recovery and progression across the week.

Each session focuses on three targeted muscle groups, with sessions rotating to ensure balanced development:

Hamstrings, Chest & Biceps
Quads, Back & Triceps
Glutes, Shoulders & Core

These sessions run throughout the week, so you can attend multiple times and experience a well-rounded strength program without overtraining the same muscle groups.

Programming Approach: Our method is built around progressive overload and controlled movement, allowing you to:

• Build strength safely and effectively
• Refine technique with slower, more intentional training
• Develop balanced muscle strength across the entire body

Programs are refreshed 8 weekly to keep your training challenging, engaging and results-driven.

Workout Finishers: Each session includes a short finisher at the end, designed to:

• Reinforce the primary movements of the session
• Add a layer of strength-based conditioning
• Leave you feeling strong, challenged and accomplished

The Goal: To help you build real strength, move with confidence, and develop a body that is strong, balanced and resilient — both in and out of the studio.
