Vix

Our visionary founder, Vix Erber, is a true pioneer in women’s fitness. With an impressive track record of over 30 years in the industry, Vix has personally worked with thousands of women, embracing their unique qualities and helping them to achieve their fitness goals.

Her incredible wealth of knowledge, dedication and passion have led to the creation of her own unique and innovative method, a revolutionary body-responsive strength training fitness approach. This method has empowered women to not only transform their physiques but also strengthen their confidence and mindset. 

Daria

Daria is a holistic Health & Fitness coach, Rehab trainer, Access Bars Practitioner and former professional dancer.

She believes fitness is one of the ways of elevating personal growth as a lifestyle.

Daria is committed to empower you, to share her knowledge in ways that will make a real and lasting difference in your life.

Daria’s goal is for you to feel like the work you’ve done together is relevant and that it makes a measurable difference in your life. She is here to provide effective, fun and safe training advice that will help you to thrive, embrace who you really are, and enjoy life even more.

Lulu

Lulu is a highly experienced and energetic trainer. With a background in dance, competitive cheerleading and gymnastics, you know a workout with Lulu is going to be nothing but endorphin pumping and high energy.

Lulu loves to make women feel strong and confident, both in and out of the studio and specialises in teaching women how to lift weights properly, along with her niche in booty building.

Along with her cert 3 & 4 in fitness, Lulu also has a Bachelors degree in public health and from this, is very passionate about creating healthy communities.

Kaja

Kaja was born in the very north of Norway, and then eventually landed at the opposite end of the World in Bondi, where she teaches seaside today. Kaja is a trained Actor and Dancer, and first discovered Iyengar Yoga in her teens, eventually assisting her Mentor Anne Lewis, in Hatha Tantra and her incredible Tibetan Rites Program throughout the ’90s. However, it was not until 2013 that she fulfilled her dream and did her 500-hour Teacher Training at Qi Yoga at Freshwater Beach. Kaja thrives on learning, and as a Teacher, the importance of also being a student. Kaja is currently teaching at the Reserve Bank of Australia, Bondi Vixen and Private classes/workshops. Kaja's classes are generally playful, fun, rejuvenating and restorative - though whatever you need them to be.
